Love Changes – and We Change With It
We often search for the one great love — that person who will touch our heart forever.Yet over the years, many realize: there is more than one kind of love. Each relationship, each connection, opens a new layer of our being.
Like an onion being peeled, layer by layer, we begin to see who we truly are.O ld beliefs, buried wounds, and protective patterns start to dissolve. What once blocked our freely flowing love — fear, mistrust, control — begins to soften and fall away.
It’s not an easy process. But in this depth, the most precious form of love reveals itself:t he love for our own soul.

💗 Self-Love and the Love of the Soul
Self-love is not selfishness; it is a return to our essence. When we embrace ourselves — our light and shadow, wounds and desires — we begin to truly feel our soul. The soul is the essence through which we experience life, not the fearful illusion of an ego that separates from unity.
This love for one’s own soul exists beyond time. The soul knows no yesterday and no tomorrow — only this moment, pure presence, and love itself.
The soul knows only love — it does not question, it does not judge, it simply is.
🌙 Wounds, Healing, and Soul Encounters
To rediscover this love, we must meet our wounds and traumas with compassion. The path to unconditional love is a conscious journey. A healed heart loves differently: more freely, more deeply, more clearly.
Ask yourself:
When did I drift so far from my soul that I lost self-love?
Many people today experience soul connections — profound, transformative relationships — while karmic bonds naturally dissolve.T heir purpose is complete; their cycles have closed.
Letting go can hurt, yet it clears the path for love in freedom rather than dependency.
“As long as one (mis)needs a partner to fill the gaps, one creates the opposite — strong dependency.”— J. S. Wiech
🌑 The Dark Night of the Soul
The Dark Night of the Soul is that moment when everything old breaks apart so the heart can open.We face pain, fear, emptiness — the ocean of the unconscious rising to the surface. But this darkness is not an end; it is a passage into light.
When the ego surrenders and we give ourselves to the love of the soul, a new unity emerges —the Unio Mystica, the mystical union with our divine essence.
Love is not something you find. Love is what you are.
💞 Love in the New Consciousness
As collective awareness awakens, soul partners meet not to complete each other, but to be love — without fear or need.Everything that is not love comes into the light to be healed. What remains is pure, unconditional love — love that simply is.
“It is what it is,” says Love. Can you make peace with that?
🌟 Love Is the Return to Yourself
Throughout life we experience many kinds of love — romantic, soulful, karmic, friendly. But the deepest of all leads us back to ourselves.
When you learn to love your own soul, you realize:You were never alone, never incomplete. You are love — in its purest form.
We often awaken to this truth in the stillness of the heart, especially when it hurts. All illusions fall away, leaving only the knowing — that love and self are one. That knowing transforms everything.
🔥 Quieting the Mind and Understanding Your Feelings
After a long pause, I’m offering two live Bo’Mi – Body & Mind Awareness sessions(formerly Mindwellness) on Wednesday, November 12 & 19 at 8 PM CET.
Meditation makes it easier to quiet the mind — it is a body-based practice that directly influences thought.
This time, I’ll be sharing the foundational Focusing technique developed by Eugene T. Gendlin. It guides you into the Felt Sense — the conscious awareness of the meeting point between feeling and bodily sensation.
With a little practice, you’ll learn to:
refine your body awareness,
distinguish emotions from feelings,
recognize what is moving within you and why,
and discover how to use that awareness positively.
This practice strengthens the connection between body and mind, opening the inner space where thinking, feeling, and being return to harmony.
Because the path to love always begins with conscious sensing —through the body, through the breath, through you.
Until then my kindest regards and I'm looking forward to see you
