Welcome to Your Ocean — a healing and nourishing space where you can return to your body and your inner tides. I work with a body-oriented, integrative approach that combines psychological, neurobiological, spiritual, and creative perspectives. In line with the European Association of Body Psychotherapy, my work supports clients in becoming aware of and understanding their own bodily reactions, patterns, and regulatory strategies. Through body awareness practices (including interoceptive training), breathwork, and other somatic methods, clients can experience how inner states are expressed in the body and how they can be consciously transformed. At the same time, the biographical and relational history that the body represents and holds is integrated into present-moment experience. The aim is to facilitate updating and to support a more coherent, regulated, and satisfying experience in the interplay of body, psyche, and mind.
