I meet people with respect and openness, trusting that everyone already carries the resources for healing within. My approach is body-centered, gentle, and resource-oriented. Through the body we gain access to what wants to emerge and create space for change. In this way, a protected space arises in which pain can transform into healing and new vitality. Spirituality and the capacity for genuine encounter also hold an essential place in this process.
BODY PSYCHOLOGY & BODY PSYCHOTHERAPY COUNSELING & INTERVENTION
Body-psychological counseling is an accompaniment in an individual setting that takes neurobiological conditions into account and establishes states of relaxation. The primary goal is to activate the self-healing capacities and to alleviate psychological and psychosomatic stress.

Each session lasts at least 60 minutes.

What is Body-Centered Coaching?
At the center lies your body’s primal life force – original, sometimes wild and raw, yet full of energy. Together with your creativity, it becomes a shaping power through which you can form and refine your unique expression.
For this inner resource to unfold, it needs a bodily foundation. Your nervous system regulates how you move through life, whether you can access creative states or feel blocked. Without involving the body, change often remains superficial and unsustainable.
Somatic coaching opens the door to sensations, body wisdom, and your inner voice. It is about allowing the full spectrum of feelings and using them as a resource. Your nervous system protects you, and at the same time, you can learn to use its intelligence as a guide for growth and authentic self-expression.
