Mindfulness and inner presence play a crucial role in healing processes and bring us joy. They are the keys that give us insight into our inner world.

Through mindfulness and presence we learn not only what to do, but also how to do it. Everything lies in the "MIND" because ultimately everything is mental, as the Kybalion says.

In my work, I have found that regular breathing techniques and guided meditations produce the best results.

These methods provide insights that, when carefully integrated, form the basis for transformation. This integration has a healing effect.

I combine different breathing techniques and relaxation methods

in individual and group sessions.

These include breathing techniques and meditations from yoga and Qi Gong, as well as approaches from body-mind medicine such as healing meditation and visualization.

Relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobse, Yoga Nidra, Jacobson, body focusing, body prayers, chakra balancing and fantasy relaxation complement my work.

Nonviolent communication is also an important part of my work because it contributes to holistic health and mindfulness. It strengthens the connection to ourselves and others.
