Leadership performance is holistic coaching based on the agile leadership approach. It is not just about leadership in a professional context, but first of all about inner leadership. Based on the "work with the inner team" according to Friedeman Schulz von Thun and nonviolent communication, clarifications find their way to a new external attitude.
