My journey.

Destiny. Transformation. Art and Creativity. Femininity. Healing Power. Loving what is.

As a playful, creative, and deep-thinking woman, I am drawn to the power of sensitivity and creativity. From a young age, I have been able to "read" the body, and through this ability, I have initiated many changes and healing processes within myself. For me, creativity is not just a craft but a personal and unique way of bringing our experiences and essence into the world—whether through dance, words, or images, or sometimes all at once.

There was a time in my life when my creativity fell silent. The emotional pain of a close loved one distanced me from the playful ease of my creative expression. Instead of finding a home in creativity, I sought a better place in the world. After more than two decades, I rediscovered my passion and joy for life—a deeply healing process that reconnected me with myself and my creative power.

As a dancer, I never sought a path in the entertainment industry but rather pursued spiritually fulfilling endeavors that allowed me to connect more deeply with myself and my surroundings. This experience now nourishes my work as a body psychologist and somatic coach, where I guide others in exploring their own creativity and vulnerability, transforming them into potential.

I now see vulnerability as a source of my creativity. In my vulnerability, I feel both wounded and like a miracle. The shared root of "wound" and "wonder" in the German language became clear to me during a state of expanded awareness, revealing the profound beauty of vulnerability. Everything new that is born—whether it’s an artwork or a moment of self-realization—carries this magic within it. It is the magic of life, which reveals immense strength through its fragility.

My approach to somatic coaching and body psychotherapy aims to encourage people to recognize their wholeness—in both their strength and their vulnerability—and to bring this power into full expression.
